Fue una experiencia fantástica. Este restaurante Halal ofrece una propuesta gastronómica exquisita, donde los aromas y sabores destacan por su autenticidad y equilibrio. Pedimos varios platos para compartir: hummus, ketac, ragú de cordero y tartar de atún rojo en ajo blanco. Cada uno de ellos sorprendió por su presentación y, sobre todo, por la calidad de los ingredientes, que es notable desde el primer bocado. El hummus tenía una textura perfecta y un sabor delicado pero bien condimentado. El ragú de cordero era tierno, con un toque especiado que lo hacía irresistible, mientras que el tartar de atún combinaba frescura y creatividad gracias al ajo blanco.

원래 후기를 잘 쓰지 않는데 너무 좋은 식사를 해서 더 많은 사람들과 한국인 관광객들도 알았으면 하는 마음에 이렇게 리뷰를 남깁니다. 구글 지도에는 영업을 안 한다고 되어 있었는데 구글 리뷰가 아직 많이 없음에도 후기가 너무 좋아서 꼭 가고픈 마음에 The Fork를 찾아보니 예약창이 열려있어 저녁 식사를 위해 방문하게 되었습니다. 음식 하나하나가 훌륭했을 뿐만 아니라 서비스도 정말 친절했습니다. 익숙치 않은 메뉴에 주문할 때 많이 버벅거렸는데도 사진도 보여주시면서 친절하게 설명해주셨습니다. 저희가 음식을 잘 몰라서 아직 여유 있던 타임이었어서 그런지 셰프님도 나와서 메뉴 설명해주셨습니다. 가게도 깔끔하고 예뻤습니다. 스페인이 술을 곁들여 먹는 문화여서 그런지 대부분의 음식이 간이 세다고 느꼈는데 간만에 너무 짜지도 싱겁지도 않은 완벽한 간과 재료간의 조화도 아주 이븐한 맛있는 음식을 먹을 수 있었습니다. 가족 모두 정말 만족한 저녁식사였습니다. 다음의 메뉴들을 시켰는데 3인 가족이 풍족하게 먹었습니다. 1) 음료 : 홈메이드 음료들을 추천해 주셔서 LIMONADA CASERA JENGI (생강+레몬청 에이드)와 TE VERDE CON KIWI (녹차+키위)를 마셨는데 레몬에이드는 아주 상큼해서 음식과 잘 어울렸고 키위 녹차도 달달하면서도 녹차 맛이 깔끔하게 잘 어우러져 맛있었습니다!! 2) 식사 KEFTA CORDERO, ROMESCO 양고기 미트볼 양고기의 양념도 맛있고 고기도 정말 부드러웠습니다. 양고기 좋아하신다면 강추입니다. HUMMUS ZANAHORIA, ENEL 당근 후무스 한국에서도 후무스가 꽤 친숙해져서 많이들 먹어봤겠지만 진짜 역대급 후무스였습니다! 사실 당근인 줄 잘 몰랐는데 고소하고 맛있었습니다. BERENJENA AHUMADA, TA 훈제 가지요리 가족들이 제일 맛있게 먹은 요리입니다. 부드러운 가지 위에 크리미한 소스랑 견과류와 석류가 뿌려져 있는데 진심 맛있습니다! 처음에 먹고 한 번 더 시켜 먹었을 정도였습니다. CORVINA BRASA, VERDUR 구운 민어요리 바삭하게 구워진 껍질과 부드러운 소스가 조화로운 담백한 생선 요리였습니다. 부모님은 껍질이 조금 비렸다고 했지만 전 맛있었습니다. 양파같은데 좀 더 단단한 질감의 야채와 함께 나왔습니다. STEAK TARTARE 타르타르 매워도 괜찮냐고 셰프께서 직접 나와서 물어보셨는데 맵부심 있는 한국인답게 많이 맵게 해달라 해서 만족스럽게 매콤하고 쫄깃한 타르타르를 즐길 수 있었습니다. 시킨 요리들 중에서 제일 자극적이었네요ㅎㅎ 3) 디저트 BIZCOCHO SEMOLA, CHAN 세몰리나 빵을 시럽에 적시고 크림과 시럽이 뿌려져 나왔는데 파운드케이크 같은 식감이었고 많이 느끼하지도 과하게 달지도 않게 맛있었습니다. 오렌지 시럽 같았는데 상큼하게 달달하고 맛있게 식사 마무리할 수 있었습니다.

What a hidden gem nestled in the alleys of Granada! We had the croquetas, beetroots, hummus, creamy calamari rice, and monkfish; we forgot to take pics except for the calamari but highly recommend the hummus and monkfish and every dish was truly a delight! Every dish was designed with creative touches and made with high quality ingredients. We were so impressed with the quality of food and the professional yet warm service. The only reason that the atmosphere was 4 stars was because of the auto censored front door kept opening (and it was super sensitive) and it got really cold every time it opened (or just don’t sit close to the entrance)😅 otherwise, the place is really quaint and cozy ❤️
