Albidaya se ha convertido en nuestro restaurante favorito en Granada, donde nos sentimos ya como en casa. Su menú degustación (cinco platos y postre) ofrece una experiencia gastronómica excepcional. Ismael renueva el menú cada semana, sorprendiéndonos cada vez que vamos. Muy recomendable acompañar el menú con el maridaje de vinos, expertamente seleccionado por Jorge, para disfrutar la experiencia completa y redonda. Cada vez que vamos,además, aprendemos algo nuevo de vinos. Trato de 10, y gran cuidado y atención con las personas con alergias alimentarias. Imprescindible

El mejor restaurante en el que he comido en Granada. Comer en restaurante Albidaya es una experiencia gastronómica de alta cocina. Calidad en cada plato y cada copa de vino. El restaurante tiene un menú degustación a un precio muy asequible de 42 euros por persona. El menú rota cada semana dependiendo de los productos que haya en el mercado. Este se puede acompañar de un excelente maridaje por 20 euros. Después de haberlo probado, pienso que el maridaje es imprescindible por la impecable forma en la que acompaña a cada plato. Es un restaurante intimo, con no mas de 6 o 7 mesas. Jorge proporciona un trato excepcional en sala dando una explicación sobre cada plato, los vinos y los sabores. Tanto Jorge como el cocinero tienen estudiado al milímetro el producto que compran, los vinos y como deben de combinar entre ellos. Es realmente increíble que cada semana rotan los platos del menu con diferentes vinos y no fallan. Han estudiado, tienen pasión por su trabajo y sin duda alguna van a llegar muy lejos.

An incredible restaurant able to combine innovation and tradition. The wine pairing journey was particularly exciting, with completely unexplored pairings with Arabic cuisine (above all, kebab and moscatel). Jorge guided us through the entire tasting and pairing with passion and courtesy. The price was truly fair. We wish these guys all the best.
