Pinch of Taste is an outstanding chocolatier and patisserie. Their protein range, especially the protein bites, truffles and bars, is absolutely phenomenal. The quality is unlike anything else out there. Everything tastes incredibly fresh, rich and flavourful, and nothing like your typical protein snacks. It’s more like having a luxurious dessert or decadent chocolate bar! Truly a game changer for me as I’ve tried some many crappy protein bars before. The bars from pinch are so good I actually bulk buy them and keep some in the freezer (which is totally fine and doesn’t affect the quality!) I originally came in to try the protein range, but once I was in the shop I had to try their Dubai chocolate. I’ve had the real deal in Dubai before, and theirs captures that same powerful, complex flavour in every bite. In fact I’d say it’s the best Dubai chocolate I’ve ever had. The quality of the ingredients and attention to detail is on another level! The price is more than fair for what you get. £20 for a large bar and £4.95 for a small one, and the large bar is massive – genuinely the size and weight of a house brick. The team at Pinch are always lovely, friendly and helpful. Visiting is a wonderful experience every time. This is a one of a kind spot and a must visit for any chocolate lover, or those looking for a chocolatey protein fix with the most delicious and amazing tasting options!

We had a bespoke cake made for a very special celebration, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. Niko took the time to listen to what we liked; we were after something inspired by a mille-feuille, and he was incredibly accommodating throughout the process. The cake was delivered right on time, and it was beautifully fresh, light, and absolutely delicious. We would definitely recommend his services to anyone looking for something special and thoughtfully made!
