In at extremely busy time in bus station. I see you have separate queues in here. Please arrange to put BIG sign up over advising of this, poor staff are consistently having to shout out to folk to "join a separate Q / individual Q's". Please organise this to assist your staff at this branch.

Latte cold food OK But facilities inside disgusting I understand staff are busy behind the counter serving But tables left untidy Bins overflowing And pigeons flying around seating area and eating crumbs of the floor How is this place even open.
