This particular Costa has a problem in making a hot coffee. I've been here many times and always ask for a Flat White extra hot and rarely get it. It's not enough to heat the cup, the milk needs to be hotter.

I ordered a coffee on my way to work and was given the wrong one but didn't notice till I got to to work. I called to let them know (not expecting anything) and they sent a new coffee to me literally within 5 minutes 🙏🏻 absolutely top customer service from the girls today 💗
