The staff in here are always so lovely and kind despite the clear stresses that would arise with running a shop thats so busy. AND they are the one place that has actually managed to get me started on matcha, their flavoured matcha options are to die for !! Only reason im giving atmosphere a 4 is because personally i find that because the shop is so small it is often overly crowded but that only goes to show the popularity of the place and is not anyones fault! Love it
