The cinema was upgraded a while ago and is lovely inside. Very comfortable, spaced out seating. We go regularly.

Great screens, clean and comfy chairs. The customer service is iffy at times, either the front desk isn't open and you have to go to the food till, and then the next time you are in and go to the food till, your asked where are you going, even though the front desk is empty. Staff behind the food counter are very slow and don't pay attention to queues, I'd assume they fail mystery shoppers on a regular basis. Sort customer service and it's 5 stars.
