Durante una passeggiata nel centro storico con un amico non genovese, ho scelto di portarlo da ZeroG, vicino alla Cattedrale di San Lorenzo. Non essendo celiaco pensavo di “sacrificarmi”, invece con grande sorpresa ho mangiato davvero bene. Ho provato una focaccia farcita con spianata calabra, brie e zucchine grigliate: davvero buonissima, quasi impossibile distinguerla da una con il glutine. Il mio amico ha preso pansoti al sugo di noci e insieme abbiamo assaggiato anche trofie al pesto: da buon genovese posso dire che erano squisite. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo, niente rincari rispetto ad altri takeaway. Personale gentile, tempi rapidi nonostante il locale fosse molto frequentato. Esperienza positiva sotto tutti i punti di vista: ci tornerò senza dubbio!
