IN FONDO AGGIORNAMENTO RECENSIONE, IL PROPRIETARIO HA RISPOSTO OGGI, DOPO BEN UN ANNO DALLA RECENSIONE, CHE DIRE VELOCI COME NELLA CONSEGNA! Vedremo se ci sarà una seconda volta ma ne dubito fortemente ... In breve : ordinata alle 19.30 di mercoledì arrivata alle 22.20 con consegna prevista per manca 5 alle 21... (Tramite Just eat) SERVIZIO: pizza ordinata alle 19.30 (consegna da Sampierdarena a Sestri , perché unica pizzeria che faceva celiaco ) abbiamo sollecitato per tre volte la pizzeria , la prima volta abbiamo chiamato alle 21.10 ci hanno detto di aspettare 25 minuti, aspettati ,alle 21.50 abbiamo richiamato e la risposta è stata che manco erano infornate ... Alla terza chiamata alle 22.05 ci hanno risposto che il rider era partito , alleluiaaa!!! Di mercoledì non puoi fare sti ciocchi ! Se è un problema di rider puoi dirlo senza problemi , a noi è stato detto che erano arrivati molti ordini , che ci può stare di mercoledì magari non te li aspetti ma più di un ora di ritardo per due pizze , cavoletti fritti è un po' troppo . CIBO: pizza celiaca con uova e prosciutto , l'uovo era leggermente crudo in barba alla salmonella ( allego foto ) il prosciutto non capiamo se spalla o di taglio inconsueto , comunque l'impasto per essere celiaca è buona ! La pizzata invece è buona, non ho neanche avuto il tempo di fotografarla perché avevo famee!! PREZZO: buono ! Ridotto rispetto ad altre pizzeria. AGGIORNAMENTO: RISPOSTA RICEVUTA ORA DOPO UN ANNO... HO ORDINATO DA VOI ! tanto è vero che mia sorella ( celiaca ) ha ordinato una seconda volta, si è presentata la stessa problematica e ha lasciato una recensione dove lo faceva notare. La vostra risposta è stata che in 20 minuti la pizza non può essere consegnata distanza sampi-sestri , ma sicuramente 1 ora e mezza mi sembra eccessivo. Anche grazie alle vostre belle risposte del c..... Ordineremo da un altra parte! Consiglio raffa a Sestri ponente !
