Piccola osteria in un vicolo vicino al Porto Antico di Genova. I piatti principali sono i risotti infatti ne vengono proposti diversi e, oltre a quelli del menù, ci sono quelli del giorno. Tutti i risotti sono particolari (mele e caprino; cavolo viola e pistacchi) e con prodotti stagionali. Abbiamo avuto la possibilità di scegliere un tris di risotti per poterne assaggiare diversi. Il servizio cordiale e premuroso; vasta scelta di vini consigliati già nel menù in base al risotto scelto oltre che dalla cameriera molto molto gentile. Esperienza ottima.

After having pasta for a week we felt like having some risotto - googled and found this risotto specialist in Genoa. ◆Pear & Gorgonzola Risotto ◆Rice Savarin w/ Toscana Lard & Mushrooms Risotto ◆Red Rice Risotto w/ Eggplant, Smoked Ham & Grana Cheese Wafer ◆Smoked Salmon & Saffron Risotto Pear and blue cheese was an excellent combo. The melting fat of Toscana and the creamy mushrooms went in harmony. The other two combo had a generous amount of ham/cooked smoked salmon but were too salty.
