Excellent experience. Food prepared with care & respect of raw materials. Very careful traditional local recipes preparation. Good menu with a few day by day extra dishes. Service is careful,attentive,sometimes slow in preparing dishes (this is why 4 stars,not 5). Reservation absolutely recommendable. Place is extremely clean,even the shelves that show several bottles & small objects. Prices absolutely acceptable. Worth a visit without any doubt.
