Sono andato oggi ed ho consumato una Poké Salmon. Il gusto non mi convinceva ed a valutare le conseguenze sofferte un’oretta dopo, quando ho accusato i sintomi di una intossicazione alimentare, ho sbagliato a non dare indietro il tutto. Mi spiace ma qualche ingrediente era certamente avariato, considerato anche che ero a digiuno dalla sera precedente …. Nonostante abbia, per gentilezza, informato preventivamente per telefono quanto accadutomi, non ho ricevuto alcuna disponibilità a rimediare in qualche modo a questa spiacevole vicenda. Pertanto mi spiace dover pure riscontrare la scarsa professionalità del personale nel gestire i rapporti con la clientela. Distinti saluti RK
