Durante una visita alla famiglia rimasta a Genova, Tire-Bouchon è diventato il nostro locale di riferimento per la maggior parte della settimana. Fabio e Cristina si sono presi cura di me e mia moglie (in dolce attesa) preparandoci drink analcolici eccezionali, nonostante lo scetticismo iniziale di Fabio. Aperitivo abbondante, raccomandiamo caldamente anche di fermarsi a mangiare. Tutti i sughi sono fatti in casa da Cristina, e il ragù bianco di coniglio era eccezionale. Buonissimo anche il polpettone di fagiolini fatto con la ricetta della mamma. Ci siamo sentiti davvero a casa, e torneremo in tre la prossima volta. Grazie!
