A visit to Les Aviateurs par Philippe Chevrier in Geneva was an absolute delight! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with genuine smiles that made us feel so welcome. I had a fantastic Chocolate Viennois that was simply perfect. It was gluten-free, not too sweet, and the cream... mama mia, it was out of this world! But the real showstopper was the "glace café" (coffee ice cream). I can confidently say it was the best coffee ice cream I have ever tasted. You simply must try it! I'm already planning my next visit to sample their main cuisine. If their food is as incredible as their desserts, I know I'm in for a treat. This place is a must-visit in Geneva.
