Niestety jestem rozczarowana obsługą punktu paczkowego w tej Żabce. Nadałam paczkę i przez prawie tydzień nie została wysłana — okazało się, że po prostu o niej zapomniano. Dopiero po mojej interwencji została w końcu przekazana do kuriera. Rozumiem, że może się zdarzyć błąd, ale przy usługach tego typu oczekuję większej odpowiedzialności i uwagi. Zakupy w porządku, ale z paczkami raczej już się tu nie pojawię.

Okropne. Gdybym mógł dać minus 100, dałbym. Obsługa jest okropna, brudna. Chcieliśmy napić się kawy, ale to nie kawa, tylko mleko albo woda. Nigdy tu nie przychodźcie.
