Florence has a reasonable selection of Asian restaurants in the city, however the menu and pricing of this one was what attracted us to it. We arrived shortly after opening, it was quiet and very few customers but quickly filled up. We had a great selection of sushi and maki, some tempura and yakitori and miso soups. Some downsides: - spicy salmon was not too fresh so we left it - over salted and small yakitori Good sides - menu on phone and good WiFi and simple ordering system - fast and efficient service (without really a smile though) There are some menu limitations at lunch but despite this the waiter brought one for us to taste and it was excellent!
