I bagni erano tutti sporchi, rotti e senza sapone. Ho chiesto un cappuccino e mi hanno dato un caffè con latte. La donna che serve parla solo in inglese. Abbiamo chiesto un croissant con prosciutto crudo che era in promozione, ma non lo avevano. Un disastro totale. ⸻ The bathrooms were all dirty, broken, and had no soap. I asked for a cappuccino and they gave me a coffee with milk. The woman who serves only speaks English. We asked for a croissant with prosciutto that was on promotion, but they didn’t have it. A total disaster.

Essendo in pieno centro, non mi aspettavo un servizio particolarmente curato — e infatti, meglio non considerarlo nemmeno come criterio di valutazione. Parliamo direttamente della bevanda: ho ordinato un pink coconut (che nemmeno era nel menu), ma sembrava una bevanda che non veniva preparata da secoli. L’aggiunta della fragola aveva un retrogusto quasi da essiccante, davvero poco gradevole. Ma pazienza…Sono andata con un’amica, e a nessuna delle due è stata data una cannuccia. Alla fine abbiamo dovuto farci strada di nuovo tra la folla solo per prenderne una. Considerando lo stesso prezzo, consiglio sinceramente a tutti di andare allo Starbucks dentro Canova — un’esperienza molto diversa.🍓♨️
