A Firenze di posti che hanno valide alternative vegetali ce ne sono diversi, ma i locali che hanno abbracciato una cucina completamente vegana si contano sulle dita di una mano e, anche solo per questo, è importante dare valore a questi luoghi. Qui il veganesimo non si riduce ad una questione di estetica ma si respira una scelta dettata dal semplice, seppur raro, rispetto per gli altri animali. La cucina è buona, genuina, senza troppi fronzoli inutili. Il loro tiramisù è spaziale, cremosisissimo e golosissimo, mai mangiato uno così buono!
