Buongiorno. Hoy tuve el honor de comer el lampredotto en el mercado central de Florencia. Una bella experiencia y todo de calidad. Comi el clásico Panino por lo cual la experiencia fue genuina. La carne es suave y muy sabrosa por lo tanto recomiendo que no le tengan miedo y la prueben. La salsa verde le da el toque perfecto y para los amantes del picante como yo les recomiendo que pidan doble. Gracias por su atención y parada obligatoria en Florencia.
