最近突然想起這家十多年前曾經來吃過的餐廳，心血來潮立刻約了朋友再來回味一下當年的滋味。環境和記憶中的差不多，沒太大變化，依舊主打海鮮料理，熟悉的氛圍讓人一秒穿越。菜單有提供套餐和單點，我們最後選了五道菜的套餐，再另外加點了兩道蝦（畢竟不加點感覺吃不爽🤣）。｜前菜｜兩道前菜一冷一熱，冷的是生食、熱的是熟食，味道都很出色，是那種會讓人開胃又期待接下來的節奏。｜加點｜我們加了一隻螯蝦和紅魔蝦以及烟熏三文鱼，兩隻蝦都超鮮超甜，口感緊實彈牙，絕對是今晚的亮點之一。三文鱼的話，略顯一般。｜主食｜主食是墨魚汁手工義式餃子，外皮是亮點！外皮𝗤彈又帶點海味，搭配紅魔蝦超級合拍。唯一可惜的是內餡是羊奶餡… 對我來說有點太膩了（個人口味問題），最後只吃了皮和蝦，這樣搭配反而更剛好！（內餡如果是魚肉的話，這道我肯定給滿分💯）｜主菜｜番紅花脆皮紅鯔魚，搭配葡萄乾、松子、裙帶菜，香氣和口感層次都很豐富，魚皮酥脆、魚肉鮮嫩，是非常滿意的一道主菜。｜甜點｜甜品稍微甜了一點，但還在可以接受的範圍，反而我更喜歡𝖯𝗋𝖾𝖣𝖾𝗌𝗌𝖾𝗋𝗍 那顆花生🥜。整體來說這頓晚餐吃得很滿足，每一道菜都有自己的亮點，唯一小小遺憾就是餃子餡料不對我胃口。
