Hemos estado comiendo y desde que llegamos la atención del personal excelente. Pedimos el steak tartar de ternera extremeña, el mejor que hemos probado hasta ahora (la combinación del steak tartar perfectamente aliñado con las tostas dulces que lo acompañan es pura explosión en la boca) y de segundo, arroz de presa ibérica (sabor de 10 con un toque ahumado). Sin duda si volvemos a Mérida repetiremos y recomendamos su steak tartar.

Un sitio con un ambiente elegante y tranquilo, con una música suave de fondo elegida con mucho gusto. La decoración es espectacular. Pero de todo, lo mejor la comida. Un espectáculo todo. Sin duda hay que pedir arroz, nosotros elegimos de presa y foie, un arroz en su punto, nada graso y de grano suelto. El jamón, de mucha calidad y una potencia de sabor impresionante. Pero sobre todo lo que no podéis dejar de pedir es la tarta de queso de postre. Un auténtico espectáculo para los amantes del queso y del dulce.
