Such a lovely establishment run by a delightful couple, among my favourite cafes in Edinburgh. The food is of exceptional quality. The only problem is I struggle to sandwiches anywhere else now!

The shop is run by the sweetest couple and sits right across from Haymarket Station. It’s the kind of place that instantly makes you feel welcome. The sandwiches are out of this world, packed with generous fillings and just the right amount of sauce. The bread comes warm from the oven, perfectly crisp on the outside yet soft inside, never too dry. I can already see myself coming back again and again until I’ve tried every single flavor.
