Hands down the best pour over I had this year. Absolutely amazing and if I'm in Edinburgh I'm coming back. This is what I want from speciality coffee. One of the places that produces great drinks even if you're a coffee nerd. Must admit the brew I had there was better than most of the coffee I V60 at home. Clean, sweet with light body. First sniff - explosion of aromas, tangy with that little funky fermentation notes in the back. ABSOLUTELY FAB! Any pour over lovers JUST GO!
