We visited slug lettuce on Friday 12.09.25 my partner had scampi and fries which he said enjoyed. I chose fish and fries the fish was over cooked and I found it hard to eat. I wasn't going to complain but decided I should say something. We were approached by Stu, he was very apologetic and went out of his way to sort the food issue . We were offered coffee and free sweets , his service was seemless he is a credit to your company . The best customer service we have had and a big thankyou to the chef Karol also thank you . Wishing Stu well in his new job you made our visit very special thank you so much .
