Shameful behaviour from sallys ice cream. In same position as other people with money taken off me and no product sent. No communication back of any form only to block me from Instagram. Not good enough to ignore people who’s money you’ve taken and are trying to support an Irish company.. Along with really disappointing kids..

Placed an online order on December 13th for an DIY kit as a Xmas present. Received my confirmation order email and receipt but nothing since and still no sign of the kit. Sent emails , rang the phone numbers but getting no responses. Not good enough 🤬

Disgraceful customer service for online orders. We ordered a home DIY kit from Sally's Hand Rolled ice Cream (11/12/2023 Christmas present) and were told we would get a notification when it is shipped. 11 days have passed and no notification or product received. Attempted to contact Sally's but the phone number does not get answered, the emails are ignored and all provided methods to contact are also ignored. One mobile number from the website under the "about us" tab accessed through the mobile phone website provides a mobile number for a person who said they have not worked in Sally's for years. My advice is do NOT order online from this company as they take your money but will not deliver the DIY home kit and are impossible to contact.
