I recently visited Krispy Kreme and was lucky to be served by staff member Joshina who made the experience delightful. When I walked in, Joshina greeted me with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm. The shop was busy, yet she took her time to explain the different doughnut options with patience and care—her knowledge and passion for the products stood out. My order was prepared quickly, and Joshina ensured everything looked perfect before handing it over. She was super friendly throughout, checking in to see if I wanted coffee as well, and even offered some great pairing suggestions. Her professionalism and upbeat attitude made the service feel personal and thoughtful. Add to that the infamous Krispy Kreme doughnuts—fresh, irresistibly soft, and delicious. The overall vibe was fun and inviting, and it's clear the team goes above and beyond to keep it that way we Thanks to Joshina, this will be my go-to spot for doughnuts and a friendly chat. I love this donuts, always fresh, always tasty I usually go late so I could not see the donuts machine working but it is one of my favourite spots to get donuts.
