Had a great overall experience! The staff were friendly, the service was smooth, and the atmosphere was welcoming. However, I am deducting one star purely because of the outrageous pricing of a basic water bottle — AED 23 for something that typically costs AED 2 is honestly unreasonable. I understand markups, but this felt excessive. Aside from that, everything else was excellent. 4 out of 5 stars.
