La spiaggia di La Concha, situata nella Baia di San Sebastián, è considerata una delle spiagge urbane più belle d'Europa ed è stata inserita tra i 12 tesori della Spagna nel 1997. Concha (Kontza in basco) significa conchiglia: il nome viene dalla forma dell'insenatura al cui centro si trova, come una perla, l'isola di Santa Clara. Frequentata da turisti e locali, ben attrezzata, permette di tuffarsi nelle acque del Mar Cantantico e godersi il sole. Una curiosità, agli inizi dell’Ottocento era il luogo preferito per le sue vacanze dalla Regina Isabella, che diede fama alla città.
