Absolutna perełka na kulinarnej mapie Częstochowy! Bistro Zalewajka to miejsce, do którego chce się wracać. Już od progu czuć domową atmosferę, a zapach tradycyjnych potraw przypomina najlepsze wspomnienia z dzieciństwa. Zamówiłam klasyczną zalewajkę – była genialna: aromatyczna, odpowiednio doprawiona, z dużą ilością składników. Widać, że kucharze wkładają w gotowanie serce. Obsługa? Przemiła, uśmiechnięta, pomocna i bardzo sprawna – wszystko trafiało na stół błyskawicznie. Wystrój lokalu również zasługuje na pochwałę – przytulnie, czysto i z klimatem. Świetne miejsce na lunch, rodzinny obiad czy spotkanie ze znajomymi. Ceny bardzo przystępne jak na taką jakość. Gorąco polecam każdemu, kto szuka uczciwego, pysznego jedzenia bez zbędnego zadęcia. Moim zdaniem w bistro Zalewajka można zjeść najlepsze obiady domowe w Częstochowie. Wszystko świeżutkie, robione na bieżąco, porcje bardzo solidne, wszystko doskonale przyrządzone, przepyszne surówki! Bardzo polecam!😋
