“I have been living in Denmark for several years, and I still find it very difficult to understand why this company hires people who show no engagement in their work, are unfriendly, sulky, and treat customers with clear reluctance. Instead of professionalism and courtesy, the customer is met with coldness and unpleasant attitudes. On top of that, the company’s policy is simply absurd – large cakes cannot be eaten on the premises, even if a customer clearly wishes to do so. To make matters worse, there is a sense of discrimination – people who speak English are treated condescendingly and served in an especially rude manner. The entire staff needs to be replaced, because the current atmosphere drives people away rather than attracting them. Perhaps the problem even starts with the owner – if he has the same attitude, then it’s no wonder the business operates in this way.
