I recently had a “bro massage” at The Wellness Lounge, which is essentially a sports massage, and I can’t recommend it enough! Paul is truly a miracle worker. I’ve been dealing with a bad shoulder, back, and calves, and he single-handedly managed to get me back to feeling great and ready to train for my upcoming Hyrox event. The new premises are fantastic, with bigger space and new facilities like saunas and ice baths, which I’m excited to try soon. Another highlight is their coffee shop, my wife and I have enjoyed their matcha and smoothies, which are absolutely delicious. The atmosphere is always welcoming, and the service is top-notch. I’ll definitely be back!

All of the staff here are lovely and welcoming. The space they have created is beautiful and relaxing and the treatments here are amazing. I am a regular client and I always feel great leaving here. I would highly recommend this place and I love their new coffee bar- especially the matcha :)
