Calm & peaceful. Stopped by a bench and enjoyed a smoke. I felt the need to breathe in the outside air, deep deep breaths, hoping to sleep well tonight. Most people have forgotten how to breathe properly , taking in only small amounts of air. Try it today everyone, it will make you feel so much better. When you breathe in make sure you let your belly fill right up breathing in through your nose. Hold for a few seconds then slowly exhale through the mouth. Do this as often as you can, it's how we're supposed to. 😉 No need to thank me, we need to wake up people, learn how to live a longer life, we're going to have to learn survival skills and breathing is a good one to start with.
