This isn't just a bakery; it's a culinary journey through the best of Filipino baking, masterfully blending traditional flavors with modern twists. Every classic bread and pastry is a nostalgic delight. The ube pandesal is perfect—soft, slightly sweet and unbelievably fresh while the ensaymada is a rich, buttery cloud of goodness. But Kanto truly shines with its fusion creations. I was completely blown away by the pandan de coco and the delicious kalamansi cinnamon buns. Each bite is a perfect balance of classic Filipino ingredients and innovative flavors. Whether you're looking for a taste of home or a new favorite treat, Kanto delivers on all fronts. The quality is exceptional, the flavors are unforgettable and the friendly faces behind the counter make every visit a joy. Don't walk, run to Kanto—you won't be disappointed!

This spot is a true gem in Cambridge and also very dangerous to those who love pastries! We ordered the ube bun, kalamansi, the cream cheese and garlic bun and the gochujang tuna sandwich (along with coffee and matcha). Everything was delicious and with a level of flavor that is sometimes lacking at other places. This place is worth standing in line early in the morning for just one pastry! Can’t wait to go back.
