I went to Greggs Cambridge Train Station branch to have some bite and a drink. However, I left my rack sack where I was seating as I had travelling bag as well and only realised that I left the rack sack after looking for my water bottle which I kept in the rack sack. I googled and found the branch’s number and called and a staff (Marcus) answered the phone and after describing where I left it, he went and found it. I returned and got my rack sack intact (with lots of valuables inside including my passport and my old mobile phone and many things precious to me). It is very rare to find such a genuine and trusted person like Marcus these days. I am deeply indebted to Marcus and by extension, to all the other staff members and of course, Greggs for employing very friendly and trustworthy staff.

Always a great service at this Greggs, very quick and efficient service which makes it very convenient if catching a train. Tables can be a bit dirty sometimes but in general a good store.
