She took into account all of my special requests and delivered it at a time that was most convenient for the recipient. Couldn't be happier with the service we had. Danielle went above and beyond for our wedding cake back in January 2024. From the initial emails after I found her on Google/Instagram her enthusiasm shone through. She did a marvellous job not only incorporating the flowers that were used at our wedding but helping us add a personal/cultural touch. The cake tasting had lots of great flavours and there was ample time to talk about any flavour adjustments (e.g. more nuts) and the designs that can be used. There are lots of small details / easter eggs on the cake - such as the very delicate lily pads at the top and she was the one to identify the suitable mandarin duck cake toppers. On the day things ran very smoothly and although the venue did a bit of a no-no (throwing out of the remaining cake without discussing with us); Danielle went above and beyond to discuss with her cake baking circles as well as get in touch with the venue to discuss what happened. We very much started the journey not convinced we necessarily wanted a wedding cake; but the whole cake journey felt totally worth it at the end. At no point was she pushy about anything (which might also be why we are so delayed in writing this review) but we've come out of feeling like we've found a gem and a friend! Hope you can keep growing your wonderful business and continue bringing happiness to others as much as you have for us Danielle!

We had a cake-decorating workshop with Danielle and it was just wonderful. We learned so much, even as experienced bakers ourselves, and came away inspired to learn more independently. She is a superb teacher, really patient and clear, and had everything planned ready, including some delicious cakes ready for us to ice and top with buttercream flowers. She made it look so easy though! It’s really not! Thank you for a wonderful morning, Danielle. We had the best time!
