El Arco de la Rosa es una antigua puerta medieval del siglo XIII, situada junto a la Catedral de Cádiz en la Plaza de Pío XII, en el casco histórico. Parte de las murallas de la Cádiz medieval, construidas bajo Alfonso X el Sabio, conecta la plaza con el barrio del Pópulo. Su nombre proviene, según teorías, de una capilla dedicada a la Virgen del Rosario (o de la Rosa), que albergaba la imagen de Nuestra Señora de los Milagros, trasladada luego a la Catedral Vieja, o del capitán Gaspar de la Rosa, figura del siglo XVIII. Originalmente llamado Arco de Santiago por el arrabal pesquero cercano, presentaba un diseño defensivo en codo con un matacán y una torre (hoy desaparecida). Ampliado para carruajes, fue restaurado en 1973 y es Bien de Interés Cultural desde 1985.
