En Ascuas, Burgos, es un lugar que merece la visita. La comida es de excelente calidad, con platos sabrosos a un precio muy razonable. La atención del personal es cercana y muy profesional, siempre pendientes de que todo esté perfecto. El local cuenta con aire acondicionado, lo que se agradece especialmente en días calurosos, y el ambiente es agradable y relajado. Sin duda, un sitio totalmente recomendable para disfrutar de una buena comida en Burgos.

BUEN SITIO PARA COMER Y/O TAPEAR. Fui a Burgos de turismo con unos acompañantes, y al llegar de forma tardía, encontramos por suerte este sitio para cenar. Nos atendieron de forma muy amable a pesar de las horas, y pedimos unos pinchos que estaban deliciosos. Nuestros siguientes días de estancia seguimos llendo sobretodo a cenar allí, llendo estas veces en un horario más adecuado, y pedimos de carta. Comida hecha al momento, riquísima. Intentamos probar otros restaurantes de la zona, pero ninguno se igualó a la calidad que aporta este.

Cuando fuimos no había mucha gente, de entrada nos atendieron bien y nos sirvieron las bebidas, pero la comida tardó bastante en llegar. Es un poco oscuro. Amplia variedad de pintxos y buena carta de bocadillos y platos.
