Vamos a ver... Dentro de que es un sitio más o menos emblemático en la ciudad y cruce de varias avenidas importantes no tiene más que una rotonda en cuyo interior hay una fuente circular con unas esculturas de unos delfines. Presidida por la plaza de España y albergando en un rincón un pequeño monumento que conmemora la fundación de la ciudad de Santiago de Chile, más que la fuente en sí, es toda plaza que acota está ubicación la que dota de cierta magia la visita. En este lugar se entremezclan la arquitectura e historia dejando ver los orígenes y progresión de la ciudad durante siglos .
