The shop "The Old Chocolate House" is considered the most family-friendly establishment in Bruges, where they serve only one dish for breakfast, lunch, and dinner - chocolate. The locals regard the shop, which also doubles as a café, as the best in town, a claim that is substantiated by the constant flow of tourist groups emerging from "The Old Chocolate House".

As is customary in all confectioneries, a large part of the building's facade is occupied by display windows. Behind them, incredibly appetizing treats with almonds, apricots, raisins, and even red pepper await the sweet-toothed. The most popular "dish" here is considered to be the dark homemade chocolate with hot milk in a clay mug.

Lots of selections for tea, coffee, waffles, and hot chocolate. The service was excellent. Very relaxing and good quality. If you want to spend less for a fresh waffle, there’s a place next-door for that. But you won’t get the tea selections and the exquisite chocolate beside your cup. The tea they use is the best, from a place called L’Art du The which is just a little ways from the tea room.

Although we didn't fing chocolate fondue we were happy with selection. It was fun and tasty expirience. We enjoyed nice chat chocolate and coffe chocolate and more.
