I had a cappuccino here on two consecutive days, the first was a decent cup made by a professional barista; but sadly the second was very poorly prepared! It was too hot and filled with bubbles! Baristas should be trained well and not allowed to serve until they meet the brand’s standards. It’s not acceptable that a barista doesn’t know that espresso based drinks shouldn’t exceed a temperature of 65 degrees and good steamed milk has zero bubbles! It’s quite a shame. Didn’t know how to rate here, one barista deserved a five, the other a two. Thanks. =)
