An excellent luncheon with 23 of us in the private room. The beef was amazing and from reports the chicken and sea bream were also enjoyed by those that had them. The only reason for four stars were twofold -: 1 the greens accompanied the roast were more than “Al Dante “ almost raw. And roast potatoes were very crispy. Carrots and “Yorkshires” excellent. But both are a matter of taste. It was extremely busy and so the staff Hannah and Ian were stretched but still were very helpful and accommodating. Some had travelled a long way for the event and all went home happy and several congratulated me for the venue choice. Also a lovely email from the manager. Will my wife and I return “MOST CERTAINLY!
