Went in with my wife and daughter for a quick lunch whilst exploring Brighton. Had suffered some poor customer service in several shops to this point and expected similar in subway. The guy serving could not have bee better, very polite with the customers ahead of us, and then was very polite and charismatic whilst building our excellent subs. Really nice guy and great service. 30/8/25 at around 11:30 (sorry didn't get the guys name).

Clean restaurant, Well presented food, had a platter order 3 to 4 times for our office staff and it was very fresh and well presented. Should say they named the platter so well that it was easily understood to all members. Also do a weekly deal in restaurant. Since it went to the new management it has improved a lot with quality, customer service and cleanliness. It's a must visit Subway in the area. See you soon again.
