Staff are always cheerful and friendly. They make excellent coffee and are very quick even when it's busy. It's easily one of my favorite costa locations.

The batista accidentally made me hot Americano instead of iced coffee to drink outside - but sitting in the Pavilion Gardens Brighton to enjoy my Costa Americano more than made up for it. She was so friendly and helpful.
