No lo conocía y eso que soy de Bilbao de siempre. Y gracias a los vídeos de promoción de Bilbao, me apunté para probarlos. Ha cogido tanta fama que es un pelin caro. Aunque los sandwiches están buenísimos. Los tienen en vitrina y los puedes comer allí o que te los preparen para llevar. Yo probé el huertano y el de pechuga braseada.

Le pondríamos 4,5 ⭐, pero redondeamos para arriba porque todo estaba riquísimo y la atención es muy buena! ¿Qué mejoraríamos? Solo 2 cositas: 1. más sabor en los chips que vienen con el hummus (menos el de remolacha, que era el mejor) 2. Cuando alguien pide una ensalada, la mayoría de veces lo hace por comer algo ligero o como alternativa saludable. La ensalada estaba muy bien nutrida, pero se hacía bastante pesada con la salsa y con todo lo que llevaba. Choca bastante buscar algo ligero y encontrarte con una ensalada tan potente. Simplemente con menos salsa o una ración más pequeña sería suficiente. No obstante, la calidad de la comida es muy buena y ofrecen muchas alternativas.
