Bertiz de Autonomía 46. Ubicado entre el Cole de Indautxu y la Plaza de San Francisco Javier, es mi lugar de referencia para desayunar en Bilbao. Es un sitio ideal para empezar el día con energía y buen ánimo. El ambiente es acogedor, el local está siempre limpio y cuidado, y el trato al cliente es excelente. Las chicas que atienden son amables, profesionales y siempre están pendientes de que te sientas a gusto. El pan es del día, recién horneado allí mismo, y el escaparate ofrece una gran variedad: galletas, lazos, croissants, y tostadas con tomate, aguacate, jamón, mantequilla o mermelada. Todo está riquísimo, y los precios son más que razonables. Tienen batidos de sabores como fresa, chocolate o galleta entre otros (he probado el de chocolate y está espectacular), además de batidos de fruta natural. En Reyes preparan roscones, y siempre están sacando ofertas. Tienen un marketing original, cuidado y centrado en el cliente. Uno de los aspectos que más valoro es que la espera es mínima. Si vas con prisa, puedes tomar tu café o desayunar en menos de 10 minutos. La rapidez y eficacia del servicio marcan la diferencia. También es un sitio accesible: se puede entrar con silla de ruedas sin problema, y hay espacio suficiente para moverse con comodidad. Y por supuesto, es perfecto para ir con niños: puedes desayunar, merendar o tomar algo tranquilamente en un entorno agradable y familiar. He visitado otros Bertiz en Bilbao, pero este es, sin ninguna duda, el mejor. La calidad del producto, el servicio y la atención no tienen comparación. Es un sitio al que vuelvo casi a diario, y que recomiendo siempre que tengo oportunidad.
