Bar sympathique situé sur le toit de l’hôtel Radisson collection, où nous avons séjourné. Il offre l’avantage de la proximité et est ouvert jusqu’à 23:00. Les serveurs sont aimables et proposent de bons cocktails mais l’on peut aussi y consommer des boissons plus simples comme de la bière ou du vin, qui m‘ont semblé être de qualité.

Lamentablemente, la experiencia en este bar distó mucho de estar a la altura de lo que cabría esperar en un establecimiento de categoría cinco estrellas. Desde el primer momento, la atención al cliente resultó deficiente: el personal tardó en atendernos y, cuando finalmente lo hizo, fue con prisas y sin la cortesía ni el trato profesional que uno esperaría en un entorno de este nivel. En cuanto al servicio de coctelería, los combinados fueron servidos ya preparados, sin mostrarnos previamente la botella correspondiente a nuestra elección, lo cual resta transparencia y confianza a la experiencia. Además, el camarero evidenció una actitud poco amable y condescendiente, dirigiéndose a nosotros con un tono impropio y carente de la educación básica que debería caracterizar el trato en hostelería. En definitiva, este bar no está a la altura de los estándares que se presuponen en un hotel de lujo. La calidad del servicio, tanto en lo humano como en lo técnico, deja mucho que desear. No lo recomendaría.
