30min for the starters (we were four people), 40min for the main. The staff didn’t explain or apologize for the delay until we complained about it. They said they only had two cooks and the restaurant was full, and the delay was exacerbated by the fact that there was a table of 20 people. We were not the only ones complaining about the delays. The quality of the food was a mixed bag. Great mussels soup, good goat thigh, OK salmon, terrible sirloin (so chewy it felt more like rump stake). The next day we passed by this restaurant and saw a tour group of 10 plus people entering. Avoid this restaurant: they are understaffed, they accept too many group bookings, and the food is not worth the wait.

Very good place to eat local dishes with a time-travel feeling to it given the atmosphere. Kind of pricy but nothing out of the ordinary for Norway. Fish soup, although very salty, is a must!
