Frances on the front desk was incredible. I've worked in customer service 18 plus years and Frances has it all- Patience, empathy and a good mentality of putting customer first. She really helped me through a stressful situation where my Rev card wouldn't work. After I resolved that after 10 minutes on my end, Frances helpfully scanned my items back through promptly and efficiently. If I was the senior manager there, id promote her ASAP. Outstanding 10/10 and I will be back
