I never normally write reviews but I felt I had too , I had just got off my busy train looking forward to my usual iced matcha however the store was out of stock - instead of being left feeling disheartened and dissatisfied the ginger tall guy behind the till who looked like he was by himself re assured me with other options and we settled on a different drink that I didn’t even know Starbucks provided - this was made in a swift manner furthermore I had just finished my bottle of water I had and the gentlemen offered to refill it for free which was very much appreciated with the current heat. 10/10 service - an amazing experience! Will be coming back
