Una auténtica joya para los amantes del sushi y la cocina japonesa de calidad. YousushiBCN ofrece un buffet libre a la carta con una presentación impecable y sabores que sorprenden desde el primer bocado. Probamos unos camarones servidos en pinchos, ya pelados, jugosos y perfectamente cocinados. La carne rellena de queso fundido fue una grata sorpresa: tierna, sabrosa y con una textura increíble. El salmón con salsa ponzu es simplemente espectacular, delicado y lleno de sabor. Los rolls están muy bien preparados, con ingredientes fresquísimos, cortes precisos y un arroz en su punto justo, ni seco ni apelmazado. Las porciones son pequeñas pero ideales para probar de todo sin exceso, lo que hace que la experiencia sea aún más disfrutable. El precio razonable para la calidad: 15,95 € entre semana al mediodía, y los niños por 9,95 €. Sin duda, un lugar al que volveremos muchas veces. Una experiencia gastronómica deliciosa y equilibrada. Tienen su página web al día, cosa que MUY pocos en Barcelona lo gestionan de forma correcta así que enhorabuena por eso!! Tienen toda la información de lo que venden!!
